Construction Defects
What is a construction defect? Any condition in construction that results in a building, structure or component that is not suitable for its intended purpose which is caused by improper construction, installation, application or design can be legally recognized as a construction defect. Also included in construction defects are conditions related to geological movement (i.e. landslides).
