Multi-phase Investigation

Phase One
A site inspection includes a visit to the site with an attorney from our firm in order to perform an exterior examination of all buildings and surrounding areas.
Phase Two
Research at the government agency responsible for overseeing the construction which provides invaluable information concerning the developer and numerous subcontractors involved in the construction.
Phase Three
Research of developer entities including contractor license numbers, any claims against those licenses, the current standing of the corporations involved, and the types of assets currently held.
Phase Four
A comprehensive report is put together and presented to the owner(s), Board of Directors or Management Company for their decision making and the Firms recommendations.
